2.5 lb. Prime rib roast set up and ready for you to roast
horseradish sauce and jus lié
roast fingerling and red bliss potatoes with pancetta and rosemary
medley of winter vegetables

chocolate cheese cake and 
berry compote

There are limited amount of meals!
All food will be placed in appropriate containers.
Simple roasting of prime rib and cooking instructions will be provided.
